The 1st Line - The Shield Fund: The Principals/The Clients (CO: MP) ​​

Purpose: To Support Solely The Client

The 2nd Line – The Shield Fund: The Calvary Pool (CO: MP, SHs)​

Purpose: To Support The Clients & establish CW&T's "1st War Chest"

The 3rd Line – The Shield Fund: The Praetorian Command (CO: MP)​​​

Purpose: To Provide Silver Redemption & establish CW&T's "2nd War Chest"

• The 1st & 2nd War Chest

A Firm only fund to provide offensive & defensive capabilities for both Clients & CW&T.  Funds will provide Client financial support, Client lending options within lawful parameters, to compensate & enlist Legal Council (Lawyers) for both Clients & CW&T, to invest in both Client & CW&T projects, etc. The expenditures of both The 1st & 2nd War Chests are at the discretion of the assigned COs.

ALL FEES, PENALTIES, & INTEREST INCURRED BY THE CLIENT DUE TO THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION, DUE DILIGENCE, ERROR OF INFORMATION, OMISSION, IMPROPER DOCUMENTATION, LACK OF DOCUMENTATION, FAILURE TO PROVIDE IN A TIMELY MANNER REQUESTED INFORMATION ARE ALL LIABILITIES SOLELY OF THE CLIENT.
